Ingredients to make Healthy Salad

  • 1 small dark green cucumber- finely chopped (if using normal cucumbers, peel and chop)
  • 1 small onion- finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato - finely chopped
  • 4-5 sprigs of coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder as required
  • Roasted cumin powder as required
  • Chat masala as required
  • Curd 1.5 cups

How to make Healthy Salad

  1. Mix together curd, salt and spices until smooth
  2. Add in the veggies
  3. While serving, sprinkle coriander leaves, extra chat masala and red chilli powder (optional)
My Tip: Let the salad sit for 5 minutes before serving to reduce the strength of the onions
