Ingredients to make Cucumber (khira) raita

  • cucumber 2
  • curd 100 gms
  • Green chilli 1
  • Black salt
  • mustard seed
  • mustard oil 1/2 tsp

How to make Cucumber (khira) raita

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber and squeeze water from it.
  2. In a bowl beat the curd till smooth. Now add grated cucumber, finely chopped green chilli and salt .
  3. Heat mustard oil in a pan add mustard seed till it sprinkles. Pour this onto raita and serve.
