Maggi vermicelli

Ingredients to make Maggi vermicelli

  • Vermicelli 250 gram
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Beans 4
  • 4 leaves of cabbage
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Maggi masala 1
  • Water 3 cups
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp

How to make Maggi vermicelli

  1. Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Add vermicelli and cook it for 2 min or till it become light brown in color.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and ginger-garlic paste and cook till its change its colour.
  3. Add the chopped onion and saute till light pink.
  4. Add the chopped beans and saute for 2 min.
  5. Add the chopped carrot and saute for 2 min .
  6. Add chopped cabbage and saute for 2 min.
  7. Then add salt as per taste. Keep sauteing till the veggies are cooked.
  8. Add red chilli powder, garam masala and maggi masala, mix again in a low flame.
  9. Add the roasted vermicelli, mix well, then add 3 cups water. Cover the pan and cook in a low flame till the vermicelli gets cooked well.
  10. Add lemon juice and tomato sauce.
  11. Keep stirring till the mixture become slightly dry. Switch off the flame and serve it hot.
