Sabudaane ki khichdi

Ingredients to make Sabudaane ki khichdi

  • 1 bowl sabudana (soaked overnight)
  • peanuts 1/4 bowl
  • desi ghee 2 tablespoon
  • cumin 1/2 spoon
  • black pepper powder 1/2 spoon
  • sendha namak (vrat salt)
  • 1 green chilli

How to make Sabudaane ki khichdi

  1. Put 2 spoons ghee in a kadhai.
  2. Add cumin. When cumin gets cooked, add peanuts and chopped green chilli.
  3. Now add sabudana and cook till the colour of sabudana matches the colour of water. Cook while stirring on sim flame.
  4. Now add black pepper powder and salt and mix and cook for 1 minute on sim fame.
