Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  3. Semolina 5 tbsp
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Water as needed
  6. Chopped onions 4 tbsp
  7. Chopped cabbage 4 tbsp
  8. Chopped capsicum 3 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Oil as needed

Instructions

  1. Grind oats to a fine powder
  2. Take a vessel, add oats powder, wheat flour, curd and semolina mix well
  3. Add veggies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, water and mix well make a batter of pancake consistency
  4. Leave for 10 minutes
  5. Heat a non stick pan pour some batter on the pan and spread with the help of spoon make small round pancakes
  6. Cook this pancakes from both the sides and brush little oil
  7. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
