Ingredients to make Spinach apple tangy salad

  • 2 cups torn fresh spinach
  • 1 cup diced unpeeled red apple
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp oregano seasoning

How to make Spinach apple tangy salad

  1. In a small bowl combine all dressing ingredients..mix well keep aside
  2. Now take a separate bowl add apple, onion, raisins in it and mix ready dressing in it ..cover it and keep aside for 15 min ..
  3. Just before serving combine all ingredients with torn fresh spinach, toss well ...cover and keep in fridge to refrigerate for 10 min
  4. Serve chilled..

My Tip:

You can add walnuts too for more crunchiness .
