Ingredients to make Salad Rollups

  • Whole wheat brown bread - half loaf
  • Red cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • cucumber seedless - 1
  • tomato - 1
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2
  • Cheesy jalapeno mayonnaise ( I used Cremica) - 2 tbsp

How to make Salad Rollups

  1. Grate the red cabbage and keep aside
  2. Grate the cucumber and tomato into bit thick size
  3. Chop the red bell pepper into very small pieces
  4. Strain the cucumber water with washed hands
  5. Mix cucumber, bell pepper and tomato in a bowl
  6. Add half of the red cabbage in the mixture
  7. Add cheesy jalapeno mayonnaise in it
  8. Mix well
  9. Now, take a bread piece and cut its sides
  10. Flatten it with help of roller or belan
  11. Spread the mixture on it
  12. Now roll the bread slowly so that the roll should not be broken
  13. Now place it with the help of toothpick
  14. Cut the rough sides
  15. Cut the roll into two pieces
  16. Make all the rolls like this
  17. Keep all the rolls in the refrigerator for 5 minutes
  18. Now remove the toothpicks of rolls
  19. Place it on a plate or in a bowl with the red cabbage on the base and serve

My Tip:

You can have it with tomato ketchup and fresh juice
