Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup raw moong dal sprouts
  2. 1/2 cup pomegranates
  3. 1 cup dice mix fruits (apple, pear, kiwi, cherries)
  4. 1 cup mix vegetables (cucumber, carrot, boiled potato, tomato)
  5. For dressing:
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  10. FOR GARNISH:
  11. 1/4 cup fresh washed coriander and mint leaves
  12. 8 to 10 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Take 1 glass bowl
  2. Add sprouts, pomegranate, mix fruits and mix vegetables
  3. Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl
  4. Add salad dressing to salad bowl
  5. Mix well everything
  6. Garnish with tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves
