Ingredients to make Spinach Oil Free Salad

  • Spinach leaves - 100 gms
  • Tomato – 50 gms
  • Onion - 50 gms
  • Green coriander leaves – 1 sprig
  • Green chillies – 1/2
  • 1 – lemon
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Spinach Oil Free Salad

  1. Wash and clean the spinach leaves & finely cut.
  2. Then cut the tomato, onion, green coriander and green chillies finely.
  3. Take a pot add spinach leaves, tomato, onion, chillies, salt and squeeze the lemon mix it well.
