Ingredients to make Fresh Veggies And Cottage Cheese Salad

  • Cottage cheese - 100 gms cubed
  • Yellow and green capsicum - ½ cup sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 cut into chunks
  • Onion - 1 small sliced
  • Tomato - 1 cut into chunks
  • Baby spinach - 8-10 leaves
  • Red Cabbage - ¼ cup sliced thinly
  • Carrot - 1 cut into julienne
  • Parsley - 1 tbsp chopped
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Few drops oil to toss the cottage cheese

How to make Fresh Veggies And Cottage Cheese Salad

  1. In a small bowl crumble 2-3 cottage cheese cubes and keep aside.
  2. Grease a pan or tawa with few drops of oil and toss the paneer for 3-5 mins.
  3. In a mixing bowl add the veggies, tossed cottage cheese, salt to taste, pepper and parsley and mix them well together.
  4. Spoon them to a serving plate/ bowl, garnish with crumbled cottage cheese and serve.
