Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cucumber
  2. For Russian salad:
  3. 1 cup diced carrot, boiled potato, pineapple, apple
  4. 1 tbsp cream
  5. 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  6. Salt and pepper for taste
  7. 1 toothpick umbrella
  8. 1 boiled potato
  9. Some julienne of carrot and capsicum
  10. Tomato for cap and nose
  11. Pepper corn for eyes
  12. Lettuce leaves- 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. First cut cucumber length wise in 2 piece and scoop it out.
  2. Now mix all things of Russian salad and keep in fridge.
  3. Now decorate the plate as shown in pic. Make a joker with potato.
  4. Now fill salad in cucumber boat and at one side put umbrella. Salad is ready.
