Ingredients to make Fenugreek leaves salad (Methicha khuda)

  • fenugreek leaves (methi) 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 small
  • Chopped tomato 1 small
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder to taste

How to make Fenugreek leaves salad (Methicha khuda)

  1. Take a bowl mix methi, onion, tomato and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a small pan, add cumin seeds to it and turn off the gas.
  3. After few seconds add red chilli powder.
  4. Now add tadka over the methi mixture.
  5. Add in sugar, lemon juice and mix properly.
  6. Enjoy as a side dish with any of your meal.

My Tip:

You can add some coarsely ground peanuts for some crunch.
