Ingredients to make Paneer Noodles Recipe

  • Noodles 300 gm/ 4 cup cooked
  • Onions 2 medium chopped
  • Spring onions 1/2 cup chopped
  • Corrot 1/4 cup
  • Chilly sauce 1 tbs
  • Roasted cashewnuts- a handful
  • Pepper powder 1 tbs
  • Chopped French Beans 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup chopped
  • Garlic- 1/2 tsp chopped
  • Green chilies 3 chopped
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 20
  • Ajinamoto (optional)

How to make Paneer Noodles Recipe

  1. Fry paneer to golden brown by adding little ghee/oil and set aside,cut into small cubes and keep ready. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, when it is hot add chopped green chilies and garlic, saute, Add chopped onions and fry well.
  2. Add chopped vegetables , saute.Add chilly sauce,1 tsp of pepper powder, a pinch of ajinamoto and saute.Add roasted paneer cubes and stir fry. Add cooked noodles into it and combine altogether.
  3. Add remaining pepper powder and combine. Finally add chopped coriander and roasted cashew nuts. Mix properly. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
My Tip: Easy to prepare, kids love this dish.
