Ingredients to make Mango lassi

  • Two cup thick curd
  • One big sized mango
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Kaju pieces for garnish
  • Mango emulsion few drops

How to make Mango lassi

  1. First beat mango and sugar
  2. Add curd beat it till smooth
  3. Add emulsion
  4. Now add kaju and pour in glasses
  5. Put it in freezer for 10 min.
  6. Ready to serve.
