Ingredients to make Jhatpat dahi bada

  • 500 gms - Curd beaten
  • 250 gms - Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 8pcs - Bread slices
  • 2 - Green chilly
  • 2 tbsp- Wheat flour
  • 2 tsp - Chat masala
  • A handful coriander freshly chopped-
  • Ghee to fry
  • Salt to taste

How to make Jhatpat dahi bada

  1. Mix all things except for wheat flour and ghee. Make bada balls in desired shapes.
  2. Roll these in wheat flour. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the bada balls until golden brown.
  3. Serve on a platter with beaten curd, garnish with chat masala and coriander.
  4. Serve immediately .
