Ingredients to make Healthy yogurt mix bars

  • Mixed fruits of your choice- 2 tsp or as per your choice
  • Mixed nuts almonds ,cashews- 2 tsp or as per your choice
  • Sunflower seeds- 1 tsp
  • Mixed dried fruits- 2 tsp
  • Hung curd one cup
  • Oats half cup
  • Any jam 3 tbsp
  • Honey- 1 tsp
  • Chocolate for garnishing

How to make Healthy yogurt mix bars

  1. Take yogurt in muslin cloth and hang for 45 minutes. We get whey removed yogurt which is thick.
  2. Now take hung curd in bowl and add all nuts, raisins, dates, oats, sunflower seeds and honey.
  3. Add mixed fruits and any jam. I used apricot jam.
  4. Mix properly
  5. Now take a flat box. Place wax paper at bottom and pour the mixed curd on it
  6. Add grated chocolate on top and freeze for 5 to 6 hours
  7. Finally cut them in to bars and enjoy healthy snacks
My Tip: -You can directly use Greek yogurt -You can add mixed fruits of your choice strawberries, blue berries.
