MEXICAN SALAD

Ingredients to make MEXICAN SALAD

  • 1 cup soak overnight and boil red kidney beans (rajma)
  • Half cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 cup chopped red, yellow, green bell paper
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • Few ready made nachos chips
  • Dressing ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Half teaspoon chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to make MEXICAN SALAD

  1. First take one small bowl
  2. Add all dressing ingredient mix well and keep aside
  3. Now take one big bowl
  4. Add red beans, corn and all vegetables in big bowl
  5. Mix well everything
  6. Now add dressing in it
  7. Crush some nochos chips
  8. Garnish with nachos chips
  9. Serve immediately
