Ingredients to make Fruits Summer Delight

  • 1 cup of watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup of muskmelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup of green grapes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of black grapes cut in half
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

How to make Fruits Summer Delight

  1. Cut all fruits in optional size and keep on fridge to cool.
  2. Take orange juice in jar add black pepper, black salt, roasted cumin powder, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Now torn the mint leaves and add to orange juice jar and again shake well. Keep it in fridge to cool.
  4. At time of serving add fruit chunks in masala mix, orange juice and mix well.
  5. Now serve this refreshing and cool fruits salad with fresh mint leaves.

My Tip:

You can already prepare fruit chunks and orange juice with all masala but add at time of serve.
