Ingredients to make Tropical Fruit Salad

  • Mango 1
  • Apple 1
  • Papaya 100 grams
  • Kiwi 1
  • Whole cherry 6 pieces
  • Lime juice 2 tablespoon
  • Apricot nectar 4 tablespoon
  • Parsley/ Mint for garnish

How to make Tropical Fruit Salad

  1. Cut all the fruits in chunks except cherries.
  2. Take a big bowl and whisk apricot nectar and lime juice.
  3. Add all the fruits to the bowl, lightly mix with apricot and lime mixture.
  4. Top it up with whole cherries.
  5. Garnish with parsley/ mint.
  6. Serve chilled in a glass or watermelon boat .
My Tip: Apricot nectar can be substituted with sugar syrup .
