Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka

  • 300 g paneer (cut into cubical blocks)
  • 2 large green capsicum (cut into square blocks)
  • 2 tomatoes(seeds removed)
  • garlic paste 1/2 spoon
  • 1 spoon refined oil (vegetable oil)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • turmeric powder 1/4 spoon

How to make Paneer Tikka

  1. Mix all the vegetables and paneer in a bowl and mix all the ingredients (salt, chilli powder, garlic paste, turmeric powder and oil).
  2. Heat a tandoor for some time.
  3. Now put the mixed paneer and vegetables inside the tandoor and cook till golden brown.
  4. When the paneer and vegetables gets cooked, take it in a bowl.
  5. Sprinkle some salt and put lemon juice and serve. You can also put some chaat masala.
