ABOUT Turkish Salad RECIPE

Its very tasty salad and can also be enjoyed like evening snacks. It's very yummy and nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chatpata roasted kabuli channa 1/2 cup
  2. Walnut chopped 2 tablespoon
  3. Roasted white til 2 tablespoon
  4. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt 1 pinch
  7. Paprika 1 pinch
  8. Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
  9. Slices of cucumber 3
  10. Slices of carrot 2
  11. Beetroot slice 1
  12. Green chilli for garnishing 1

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except carrot, cucumber and beetroot.
  2. Mix nicely so that til can coat channa evenly.
  3. Quickly serve in plate and garnish with carrot, green chilli, cucumber and beetroot slice.
  4. Yummy and healthy Turkish salad is ready to enjoy
