  • Green peas - ½ cup
  • Cucumber- 1 small chopped
  • Red cabbage- ¼ cup sliced
  • Onion- 1 chopped
  • Green and red chillies- 2-3 chopped
  • Tomato- 1 chopped
  • Ginger- 1 inch chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves few chopped
  • Mint leaves few chopped
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. Soak the channa and peas for 3-4 hours or overnight. Drain them well and add them to a mixing bowl.
