Ingredients to make Gudamm

  • Kuchha aam 250 gms
  • Gud/ jaggery 150 gms
  • Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1
  • Mustard oil- 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

How to make Gudamm

  1. In a pan take oil, add cumin seeds and chilli.
  2. Now add kuchha aam, saute till golden brown.
  3. Now add gud, water and cover the lid.
  4. Add sugar when aam is completely cooked and switch off the flame.
