Ingredients to make Mix Vegetable Falooda salad

  • 1/4 cup tin black beans
  • 2 carrot grated
  • 2 cucumber grated
  • 1 cup spinach leaves nicely chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup hung curd
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup roasted bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp roasted mustard powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp puffed barley
  • 2 tsp sabja seeds
  • 1/4 cup boiled falooda noodles
  • salt to taste,1 tsp oil

How to make Mix Vegetable Falooda salad

  1. Heat oil in small add onion when translucent, add chopped spinach when slightly cook, add boiled black beans in it and switch of the gas.
  2. When spinach and beans mixture cool, add hung curd, mayonnaise, black pepper, mustard powder, salt, roasted bell pepper, falooda noodles, grated carrot, cucumber and lemon juice in it and mix well.
  3. For serving, transfer this spinach, beans and vegetables mixture in serving bowl or glass.
  4. Sprinkle grated carrot and cucumber, Sabja seeds and puffed barley over it and keep it in fridge for cool.
  5. Serve it cool for more taste.

My Tip:

Don't over cook spinach and mix curd and mayonnaise when it cool.
