This is different from regular vada which we made it from urad dal and moong dal. Believe me this really delicious recipe. It consist of rasagulla and curd ...curd gives silky texture to the recipe and softness and sponginess of rasagulla takes us to the other world.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. White rasagulla- 4 pcs
  2. 2. Curd- 1 bowl
  3. 3. Cumin powder- 1 tsp
  4. 4. Black salt- 1 tsp
  5. 5. Sugar - 1-2 tsp
  6. 6. Tamarind chutney- 1 tsp
  7. 7. Coriander leaves and mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1. Take rasagulla and squeeze it out.
  2. 2. Beat the curd and mix sugar.
  3. 3. Now soak the rasagulla in curd for a while.
  4. 4. Then sprinkle jeera powder and black salt.
  5. 5. Put some tamarind chutney and garish with coriander and mint leaves.
  6. 6. Serve it chilled.
