Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gms - Rajma (soaked overnight)
  2. 1 - Onion chopped
  3. 1 - Tomato chopped
  4. 2 - Green chillies chopped
  5. 1 tsp - Dry coriander powder
  6. Tahini powder (optional)
  7. Lemon juice of half a lemon (optional)
  8. Fresh coriander chopped
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the rajma, remove their skin and coarsely grind them.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients in a bowl and make small balls out of the mixture, flatten them from centre.
  3. Put these in a pre heated air fryer or put these on non stick pan
  4. When both sides are cooked serve with tomato ketchup
