Ingredients to make Bean balls

  • 250 gms - rajma (soaked overnight)
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 - tomato chopped
  • 2 - green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp - Dry coriander powder
  • Tahini powder (optional)
  • lemon juice of half a lemon (optional)
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • salt to taste

How to make Bean balls

  1. Boil the rajma, remove their skin and coarsely grind them.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients in a bowl and make small balls out of the mixture, flatten them from centre.
  3. Put these in a pre heated air fryer or put these on non stick pan
  4. When both sides are cooked serve with tomato ketchup

My Tip:

Tahini can be added to give it a yum taste and extra goodness to health

What does tahini powder means........ And where can we get it
