Sour curd and besan

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sour curd
  2. 3 cup water
  3. 2 spoon gram flour
  4. 1 tsp haldi
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 whole red chilli
  7. A pinch hing
  8. 1 spoon ghee
  9. 1 tsp methi seeds
  10. 4 kadi patta
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  13. 1 tsp rai

Instructions

  1. First mix curd, water, haldi and besan.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and put methi, hing, rai, jeera, kadi patta.
  3. Now put the curd basan mix in the pan.
  4. Boil jholi for 20 mins.
  5. When serve make a takda with ghee, Kashmiri mirch, lal mirch and put on it.
