Ingredients to make Jholi

  • 1 cup sour curd
  • 3 cup water
  • 2 spoon gram flour
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • salt to taste
  • 2 whole red chilli
  • A pinch hing
  • 1 spoon ghee
  • 1 tsp methi seeds
  • 4 kadi patta
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tsp rai

How to make Jholi

  1. First mix curd, water, haldi and besan.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and put methi, hing, rai, jeera, kadi patta.
  3. Now put the curd basan mix in the pan.
  4. Boil jholi for 20 mins.
  5. When serve make a takda with ghee, Kashmiri mirch, lal mirch and put on it.

My Tip:

The curd should be sour. If not sour then put lemon flavor.
