Siddiqa’s strawberry yoghurt fruit dessert:

Ingredients to make Siddiqa’s strawberry yoghurt fruit dessert:

  • Hung curd 1 ½ cup
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Strawberry essence ½ tsp
  • 1 cup full chilled whipping cream
  • Strawberry jelly crystal 1 pkt/ 1 box
  • 2 tbsp boiled coloring vermicelli
  • 1 cup strawberries halved (you can use fresh or canned)
  • Strawberry puree ¼ cup
  • Gelatin 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Tutti fruity chunks (optional)

How to make Siddiqa’s strawberry yoghurt fruit dessert:

  1. In a bowl soak tbsp 1 ½ tbsp gelatin with ¼ cup of water and melt in microwave for 30 sec only
  2. Beat hung curd nicely for about 2 mins, add condensed milk 1 tin and add strawberry essence. Beat nicely with beater
  3. Now add chilled whipping cream and strawberry jelly crystal. Beat again.
  4. Fold in it 1 tbsp boiled coloring vermicelli. And Strawberry puree ¼ cup
  5. Lastly fold in it soaked and melted gelatin. Do not soak for more than 30 sec (gelatin) otherwise its setting power reduces
  6. Take Pyrex dish. Put all the batter and decorate the top with strawberries halved and boiled coloring vermicelli and you can use tutti fruity chunks (optional)
  7. Serve chilled
My Tip: For best result, dessert should be made 1 day in advance. This balances its flavor and if not in use cover the dessert with cling and store it in the fridge
