Healthy Wheat Bread Dahi Wada

Ingredients to make Healthy Wheat Bread Dahi Wada

  • For curd mixture:
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3 spoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • For wadas :
  • Bread 8 slices
  • 1/2 cup of warm water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • Garnishing:
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Jeera powder

How to make Healthy Wheat Bread Dahi Wada

  1. For Curd: Mix curd and little water and give it a nice stir. Add Sugar and keep it in the freeze to get cool
  2. For Wadas: Cut the edges of all bread slices and soak all the breads in warm water. do not drench it completely.
  3. Squeeze the water out and place the breads in a container. Add salt and amchur to it now
  4. Mix well with hands and make balls out of this - approx 4 balls
  5. Place the wadas in a serving plate and add prepared curd on to it.
  6. Garnish with red chilly powder, tamarind chutney, green chutney, coriander leaves, jeera powder and salt.
My Tip: Amchur powder and tamarind chutney
