Ingredients to make Lassi

  • 2 cup chilled curd
  • 2 cup chilled milk
  • 2 tea spoon rose essence
  • 6-8 small cubes ice
  • 10-12 tea spoon sugar
  • Mint leaves 4-5 fresh leaves
  • Salt as per taste or optional

How to make Lassi

  1. Pour all curd into the jar and blend the curd till smooth.
  2. Then add milk, sugar, rose essence and salt mix it well till sugar dissolves.
  3. Blend again all mixture till smooth or 4-5 min. Add ice cubes.
  4. Pour cool lassi into glass decorate with mint leaves and serve all with great pleasure.
