Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5 pcs egg
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tsp onion paste and chilli paste
  10. 1 tsp charmagaj dana (spices)
  11. 1 tsp kaju badam
  12. 1 chopped onion
  13. 2 Kashmiri mirch
  14. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  15. 1 tsp chilli paste
  16. 1 cup oil
  17. 1 cup curd
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. First take a tiffin box of steel. Brush with some oil and keep aside
  2. Then take a bowl, mix eggs with salt, baking soda, milk, turmeric powder, onion paste chili paste, ginger garlic paste, sugar, mix carefully like omellete mixture
  3. Now take a pan on gas with some water on it, take the omelette mixture on tiffin box and close it tightly. Now place it on the pan,turn on your gas in medium flame
  4. Take another pan to make gravy heat the pan and give 1 tsp oil on it, now add chopped onion, charmagaj dana, kaju and kashmiri mirch, slowly fry. When it comes brown turn off the gas ...and rest for 10 mins
  5. Now 10 mins later turn off egg boiling pan ...rest for 5mins and now open the lid, take out the tiffin box from water, if its very warm then you have to wait for 5 mins more, now open the lid of tiffin box. It's fluffy like cake, now take a plate and carefully take out and cut into pieces like panner
  6. Lid the pan again, add little oil and fry all the pieces of egg panner ..
  7. Now you have to make the gravy, blend the fried ingredients- charmagaj kaju and kadhmiri mirch in grinder make a smooth paste. Give all mixture into panner's oil. Now add curd ginger garlic paste chili paste....mix it...and give some water on it and lid off in 5 mins. Add egg panner into gravy and mix it well and give one boil and remove from flame. Serve with aloo paratha.....and dahi...
