Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sooji/ rawa
  2. 1/4 cup sour curd
  3. 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. Green chilli 4 chopped
  7. Coriander leaves a hand full
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take rawa sour curd in a large bowl
  2. Mix well using spoon add water until batter becomes thick yet watery consistency
  3. Keep it aside for 20 minutes
  4. Add chopped vegetables in it
  5. Mix well
  6. Now keep a non stick pan add oil and pour about 1/2 cup of batter on it. Drizzle oil from edge
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides till it becomes off-white/ light brown
  8. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
