Curd Chutney/ Dahi Chutney

Ingredients to make Curd Chutney/ Dahi Chutney

  • Curd 1 small cup
  • Coriander leaves handful
  • Curry leaves 6-7
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Peanuts 1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies 2 (or as hot you like)
  • Water 1 tablespoon (optional .. depends upon how thick curd is)
  • Salt to taste

How to make Curd Chutney/ Dahi Chutney

  1. Roast garlic cloves
  2. Take all ingredient in mixer grinder and grind to a smooth paste.
  3. If curd is very thick then while grinding add water to chutney otherwise water is not required .
  4. This chutney goes well with thaleepeeth/ parathe/ thepla.
