Yellow _beauty _curd _veg

Ingredients to make Yellow _beauty _curd _veg

  • Gram flour one cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ajwain 1/4 tsp
  • Curd 3 cup
  • Hing pinch
  • Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilli chopped two
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

How to make Yellow _beauty _curd _veg

  1. First take a bowl add gram flour, salt and ajwain, make a ghol .
  2. Make pakoda from ghol and deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Mash curd
  4. Add oil 1 tbsp in pan, add jeera and green chilli
  5. Now add hing, curd, salt, haldi and boil it
  6. And add pakoda, 1/4 cup water, cook it on low flame for 5 min
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
My Tip: Don't over fry pakoda in oil.
