Ingredients to make Almond and Wheat Kheer

  • wheat rawa - 1 cup
  • Almonds - 10
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder - 1 tsp

How to make Almond and Wheat Kheer

  1. Take the wheat rawa and almonds with milk in a pressure cooker and cook for two whistles.
  2. Cool it and blend it in a mixer. Add the jaggery and cardamom powder and cook on a low flame.
