Gooseberry Buttermilk

Ingredients to make Gooseberry Buttermilk

  • Buttermilk                  2 cup
  • Goose berry                2 or 3
  • Curry leaves              5
  • Green chilli                 1
  • Coriander leaves       2 or 3 strings
  • Hing                            ½ tsp
  • Salt                              to taste

How to make Gooseberry Buttermilk

  1. Finely chop the gooseberry and set aside.
  2. Grind the coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, gooseberry into fine paste using little buttermilk.
  3. Then mix the ground paste with the buttermilk and mix well.
  4. Serve!!!
My Tip: If you want it to be chill you can add one or two ice cubes while serving. You can use curd and whisk them for 2 to 5 minutes with water and then use to prepare for the buttermilk.
