Curd noodles with Veggies and Fruits

Ingredients to make Curd noodles with Veggies and Fruits

  • Noodles (of your choice) - 50 gm I used homemade atta noodles
  • curd thick - 200 gm
  • capsicum- 1 no
  • paneer- 50 gms
  • tomato- 1 no
  • carrot- 1 no
  • cucumber- 1 no small
  • pomegranate- 2 tbsp
  • oil- 3 tbsp
  • black gram split and peeled- 1 tsp
  • cumin- 1 tsp
  • Whole dry red chilli- 2 no
  • salt to taste

How to make Curd noodles with Veggies and Fruits

  1. Boil noodles, strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Beat the curd and Keep it aside.
  3. Chop tomato, capsicum, carrot, cucumber finely.
  4. Heat a woke put two tbsp oil and fry paneer cubes ( you can use without frying also).
  5. Now in the beaten curd add chopped veggies, pomegranate, salt to taste and mix.
  6. Heat woke put 1 tbsp oil, add black gram let it splutter.
  7. Now add cumin and red chilli. Let it cook and pour this tadka on the curd noodles.
  8. Garnish with some pomegranate, mint or ajwain leaves and serve.
  9. Curd veggies noodles without any guilt you can serve to your kid. A new item to your menu. Can serve it as raita.... Many options and a very healthy version of noodles. Do try and let me know how it is.
