Ingredients to make Cheeze Curd kebab with mint dip

  • Fresh hung curd 2 cup ( curd should be hung overnight )
  • paneer grated 1/2 cup
  • Fresh bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  • ginger grated 1 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli chopped 2
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated
  • oil for shallow fry
  • Procedure to make mint dip:
  • pudina leaves 1/2 cup.
  • Garlic 4 buds, ginger 1" piece
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • salt for taste
  • Green chillies 2
  • tomato 1 small
  • Fresh curd 1 cup

How to make Cheeze Curd kebab with mint dip

  1. Take a deep bowl .
  2. Mix hung curd, onion, paneer, bread crumbs.
  3. Add roasted jeera powder, black pepper powder, salt .
  4. Add ginger grated, garlic paste.
  5. Mix again.
  6. Add green chilli, coriander leaves .
  7. Mix well. And keep in fridge for 15 mnts.
  8. Now make balls of this mixture.
  9. Flat them one by one.
  10. Stuff with about 1 tsp grated cheese.
  11. And make roundels of them .
  12. Then lightly press them.
  13. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  14. Oil should heat on medium flame.
  15. Shallow fry all kebabs .
  16. Adjust the heat .
  17. For mint dip:
  18. Make the fine paste of all dip ingredients
  19. Blend fresh curd.
  20. Add pudina chutney in curd as per taste.
  21. Mix well.
  22. Serve the hot kebab with mint dip.

My Tip:

Make a powder of fresh bread piece. Spread in a plate overnight to dry them, it will be perfect for curd kabab .
