ABOUT Stuffed hung curd kabab RECIPE

These soft and mouth melting kababas are crispy from outside and soft from inside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd (tie the curd in muslin cloth and hang it for 1 hour)
  2. 2-3 teaspoon besan
  3. 2-3green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped
  5. 2-3 tsp semolina for covering
  6. Oil for shallow frying
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. Red chilli according to taste
  9. Garam masala according to taste
  10. 2 tsp chopped dry fruit for filling

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in hung curd except dry fruit and suji.
  2. Divide it into 6 equal parts. Take one part in palm and press it, fill little dry fruit and fold it. Make tikki like shape or as you like.
  3. Cover it with suji. Heat oil in nonstick griddle and shallow fry the tikkis.
