Ingredients to make Bajra Curd Healthy Dosa

  • 6 tablespoon bajra flour
  • 3 tablespoon jowar flour
  • 3 tablespoon chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • 4 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 1 /2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup of curd
  • Water as required
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capsicum (optional)

How to make Bajra Curd Healthy Dosa

  1. Grind mint, chilli, garlic, ginger into paste. Use 2 tablespoon water
  2. Next mix all the ingredients together as well as the paste use water as well.
  3. Make the consistency equal to dosa batter
  4. Keep this mixture to rest for 15 minutes
  5. Now heat a dosa pan and spread some batter over it and drizzle some oil
  6. As soon as the batter starts leaving sides turn the dosa. Your healthy dosa is ready
My Tip: You can even add grated carrots, beetroots and other vegetables of your choice
