A perfect anytime food specially when you are craving for some delicious street food. It's very simple and easy to make yet very delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 slices/pieces - Bread
  2. 1 - medium sized boiled potato cut into small pieces.
  3. 1 - bowl chilled curd
  4. Salt to taste
  5. A pinch of red chilli powder
  6. A pinch of black salt
  7. A pinch of black pepper powder
  8. Sun dried mint powder
  9. A few fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Dry the bread slices in the sun until they are crisp and crunchy. This should take a few hours. You can also use dried bread slices prepared ahead if you have any. I always have sun dried bread slices in my kitchen for ready use.
  2. Break the sun dried bread into 4 pieces each.
  3. Take the curd in a big bowl then mix in the salt and blend well.
  4. In another bowl, add the potato pieces then add the salt, red chilli powder and black salt. Mix it all well.
  5. Take a plate, lay out the bread pieces then sprinkle the potato and spread the curd.
  6. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, black pepper powder, the sun dried mint on the top.
  7. Serve this delicious chat garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
