ABOUT Healthy Lassi with Wood-apple (Bael) RECIPE

It's a delicious drink for summer afternoons. It will keep your stomach cool and filled, as well as help to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 - medium sized Wood-apple (Bael)
  2. 100gm - curd
  3. 1/2 tbsp - lemon juice
  4. A pinch of black salt
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. 2 cups - milk
  7. 2 glasses - water

Instructions

  1. Crack open the Wood apple and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Smash the pulp very well.
  2. Mix the pulp with 2 glasses of water and strain it to get a thick juice without any seed.
  3. Now take the thick juice, curd, lemon juice, milk, salt and sugar then mix it together in a mixer or blender.
  4. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
