Ingredients to make Cucumber-Grape Sweet Raita

  • 2 - medium sized cucumbers (sliced)
  • 100gm - grapes
  • 200gm - curd
  • A pinch of chat masala
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon - sugar
  • salt to taste

How to make Cucumber-Grape Sweet Raita

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers, then finely grate them.
  2. Smash the grapes very well. You can use the help of a smasher.
  3. Take the curd in a bowl and whisk it until it is smooth.
  4. Add the grated cucumber, smashed grapes, chat masala, salt and sugar to the curd then whisk it very well.
  5. Your raita is now ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for a few minutes then serve.

My Tip:

You can add some black pepper powder to make it tastier.
