Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basil seeds 2 tsp soaked in enough water for 30 minutes
  2. Falooda sev – handful or ⅓ cup
  3. Boiled milk – 1 cup
  4. Sugar – 1-2 tablespoons
  5. Mango pulp or puree – ½ cup
  6. Mango pieces – ½ cup
  7. Ice cream – 2 scoops (mango or vanilla ice cream )
  8. Garnish cherry and chocolate

Instructions

  1. Soak basil seeds in enough water for 30 minute
  2. While it is soaking, add sugar to milk and mix till sugar dissolves completely. Keep this in the fridge chilled till needed.
  3. Also cook falooda sev as per package instruction.
  4. Take some water in a pan, let it come to a rolling boil. Add falooda sev, let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to stop further cooking. Using kitchen scissors, cut them into approx 1 inch pieces, so it will easier to eat later.
  5. After 30 minutes of soaking time basil seeds may have swelled up most of the water. If it has water left then drain it well.
  6. Take serving glass. First add spoonful of soaked falooda seeds.
  7. Then add spoonful of cooked sev
  8. After that 2 tablespoons of mango pulp
  9. Now add few chopped mango pieces.
  10. Again do the same layers
  11. Then sev and 1 tablespoon of mango pulp.
  12. Now add half cup of milk
  13. Top with a scoop of mango ice cream or vanilla ice cream.
  14. Garnish with chopped mango pieces, cherry and chocolate balls and enjoy
