Ingredients to make Mirchi ki Sabji

  • 10 badi chillies cut
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp haldi

How to make Mirchi ki Sabji

  1. Cut the mirchi in small pieces
  2. Add oil in the pan and once the oil is hot add a pinch of hing, mustard seeds and jeera
  3. Now add the mirchi in the pan and mix it well for some time.
  4. Add turmeric and salt as per the taste and mix it and keep for 5 minutes
  5. The simple mirchi sabji is ready to be served with dal chawal and roti
