Ingredients to make Corn, Cauliflower and Spinach Paratha. ( Adding protein for kids)

  • Maize (sweet corn) grated 2 cups
  • Cauliflower grated 1 cup
  • Spinach chopped 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 (big)
  • Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour 3/4 cup
  • Jowar flour 1/4 cup
  • Soya flour 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 1/4 cup
  • Grated ginger 1 tsp
  • Grated garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt, chilli, turmeric to taste.
  • Ajwain 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds roasted 2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi roasted 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to make Corn, Cauliflower and Spinach Paratha. ( Adding protein for kids)

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan, add chopped onion, saute and add grated cauliflower.
  2. Saute for 2 minutes, add washed spinach by squeezing out water. Saute.
  3. Add all masala and saute. Now add grated corn, saute for 3 to 4 minutes and than turn off gas, let cool.
  4. Mix all the flours and need a dough adding a tsp of oil. Keep aside.
  5. Now add grated paneer to the stuffing mixture. Adjust salt and masala.
  6. Roll a roti from the flour, stuff, close the ball and roll a paratha.
  7. Roast by applying oil/ butter on both the sides.
  8. Serve hot with curd.

My Tip:

You can add any other pulses instead of corn.
