Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 grams of red lentils/ masoor daal washed and soaked for an hour.
  2. 2 large onions chopped
  3. 2 green chillies chopped
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Make a rough paste of the red lentils with very little water.
  2. Mix the chopped onions, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder and 2 tsp of oil with the daal paste.
  3. Deep Fry them like pakoras in medium flame.
  4. Serve hot.
