Ingredients to make Potato and cauliflower fry.

  • 1cauliflower cut into small pecies
  • 2Potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • For batter
  • Gram flour 6-7 tsp
  • Peanuts 1hand full
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Potato and cauliflower fry.

  1. Wash and Pat dry the veggies.
  2. Make a Gram flour batter with water salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and deep the veggies in it.
  3. Fry them little by little in hot oil till it's little golden.
