  • Baby spinach leaves 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Zeera (whole) 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Ghee to apply over 1/2 tsp
  • Prepared wheat flour dough for 1 paratha.

How to make Quick Carrot and Spinach Paratha for kids breakfast.

  1. Squeeze out extra water from spinach and carrot.
  2. Add salt, zeera, sesame seeds and coriander leaves.
  3. Heavy a nonstick griddle.
  4. Roll a roti from overnight kept dough. Stuff with carrot spinach stuffing.
  5. Roast by applying oil to it.
  6. Serve with applying ghee.

My Tip:

If you are making fresh dough, you can add squeezed out water of carrot.
