  • Baby Spinach leaves 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Zeera (whole) 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/4 tsp ( optional)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Ghee to apply over 1/2 tsp
  • Prepared wheat flour dough for 1 Paratha.

  1. Squeeze out extra water from Spinach and Carrot.
  2. Add salt, zeera, Sesame seeds and Coriander leaves.
