Ingredients to make Lobia Magic

  • Lobia beans 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon
  • Finely chopped green chilli 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Namkeen sev 1 tablespoon
  • coriander chopped 2 teaspoon for garnishing

How to make Lobia Magic

  1. Wash and soak lobia beans in sufficient water for 1 hour
  2. Add little salt and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles
  3. Let it cook and remove excess water
  4. Take finely chopped vegetables
  5. In a mixing bowl, add lobia with all finely chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilli tomato sauce
  6. Take out in a serving plate, sprinkle some black salt/ chat masala, red chilli powder and namkeen sev
  7. Finally garnish with chopped coriander as serve
